Joint Training Committee
The Canadian Home Builders' Association - Saskatchewan operates a Joint Training Committee (JTC) in partnership with the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC).
Once you have chosen a trade, the Joint Training Committee can help you find an employment opportunity. The Joint Training Committee also acts on behalf of employers to register apprentices, monitor each apprentice's progression through the apprenticeship system, ensure that apprentices receive the Apprenticeship Incentive Grant, and tracks apprentices' trade time. You will become a certified Journeyperson when you complete on‑the‑job and classroom training and pass the certification exam.
