Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation

The Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation seeks to improve access to training and career opportunities in the residential construction industry while also focusing on the need to improve housing quality in regions across Saskatchewan. The Bridges & Foundations Career Development Corporation is committed to careers for life, quality homes, affordability and choice, and believe that everyone in the province should share in the richness of Saskatchewan.

Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP)

The Saskatoon Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) is a non-profit organization that provides support and development services to groups and individuals with a vested interest in increasing the supply of affordable housing in our community. SHIP is available to assist affordable housing providers and organizations in developing viable housing business plans and can assist groups to secure the necessary resources to move projects forward.

Saskatchewan Housing Corporation

The Ministry of Social Services, through the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC), promotes self-sufficiency and independence by providing housing and housing services for families, seniors, persons with disabilities and others who could not otherwise afford safe, secure shelter. SHC provides funding for a number of ongoing and new housing programs and services for low to moderate-income households, and sometimes landlords, with an identified need.

Saskatchewan Housing & Urban Development Council

The Saskatchewan Housing & Urban Development Council develops partnerships with municipalities, the residential construction industry, housing providers and community stakeholders to address challenges related to the supply and affordability of housing and sustainable urban development. The Council is available to assist communities throughout the development process, providing support in the preparation of Housing Business Plans and municipally appropriate housing policies and incentives.

Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC)

The Canada Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC) works to enhance Canada's housing finance options, assist Canadians who cannot afford housing in the private market, improve building standards and housing construction, and provide policymakers with the information and analysis they need to sustain a vibrant housing market in Canada
