The Skill Build Training Services Division provides support to members and employers within the residential construction industry. Our team provides services that encourage skill development, while promoting professionalism and long term careers in the residential construction industry.

The demand for skilled tradespeople in residential construction within Saskatchewan and across Canada is high and continues to grow. Technological change, environmental awareness, energy efficiency, cost effectiveness, increased safety awareness and waste control are major trends in the residential construction industry. New materials and methods are being introduced, computerized machinery and equipment is being used, and computer-assisted design and planning techniques are being implemented.
